Our practice is a participating provider for Delta Premier, Metlife, Cigna, Aetna. This means we our contractually obligated to accept their fees as our usual and customary fees for our patients who participate with these plans. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we will submit claims for all carriers and wait for payment before billing. We do expect all copays to be paid at time of visit.

Our office participates with CareCredit. This company provides payment options of 6 to 18 months with no interest as long as the balance is paid in full by the end of the term. This option allows our patients flexibility to pay for treatment at a rate they can be comfortable with.
